01.09.1915   Wiesbaden is commissioned.
- 23.10.1915   Training and trials, attached to the 2nd Reconnaissance Group.
- 01.12.1915   Exercises in the Baltic Sea.
16-18.12.1915   With other ships of the 2nd Reconnaissance Group, the Wiesbaden covers the operation of three torpedo boat flotillas.
05-06.03.1916   Operations in the North Sea.
25-26.03.1916   Operations in the North Sea.
31.03-01.04.1916   Wiesbaden is sent into the North Sea to assist the airship L13 which had sent off emergency calls. The
airship was able to reach Germany with its own power.
21-22.04.1915   Operations in the North Sea near Hornsriff.
24-25.04.1916   Operations in the North Sea near Lowestoft.
03.05.1916   Unsuccessful attempt to rescue the airship L20.
31.05.1916   Battle of Jutland: 
After heavy artillery hits, the cruiser was dead in water at about 17:48. Several hours later, the
cruiser sunk the next day at 2:45, only one crew member survived.
